A lawyer with over 20 years of expertise in commercial arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, and corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

He has represented national and international companies in arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO). Additionally, he has appeared before courts at all levels in Mexico, including the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice. Camilo has participated as an expert witness in Mexico law.

He is renowned for his ability to advise both insolvent companies and creditors in complex financial restructurings. His leadership includes the development and consolidation of legal practices in Monterrey, as well as active participation in prominent associations, currently serving as President of the ICC Mexico Arbitration Committee, Nuevo León Chapter.

Ricardo García de la Rosa

Counsel

Ricardo is an attorney with a strong background in strategic litigation in constitutional law. He has extensive experience in amparo proceedings, constitutional controversies, actions for unconstitutionality, and electoral disputes, bringing a highly analytical and technical approach to high stakes matters.
His tenure within the Mexican Federal Judiciary, combined with his academic training at prestigious institutions in Mexico and France, has enabled him to specialize in designing complex legal strategies and advocating for fundamental rights before judicial and regulatory bodies. Additionally, he has advised key institutions in both the public and private sectors, developing a well-rounded practice in constitutional, economic, and regulatory litigation. He is licensed to practice law in both Mexico and Paris, France.
